Do you Travel?
Yes! We LOVE to travel! No destination is too far, so if you want unique portraits of your special occasion, contact us for a custom quote!
How long have you been doing this?
We began in the days of film, which means we aren't "shoot and burn" photographers. You won't be handed digital photos with no clue how to treat them with the love and care a true professional will provide for you. We have combined experience of over 40 years!
How many photos do we get?
A classic portrait session will result in about 15-20 proofs for you to choose your wall art from.
How do we get our photos?
Your in-person viewing will be available same day as your session. We will help you decide which photos will create the best wall art for your home. Once our team of artists have finished creating your order, you may pick it up at our studio.
Do you retouch photos?
Every photo receives basic retouching including cropping, color adjustments, skin smoothing, etc. Face swaps and makeup application is available on our services menu.
Whats your turn around time?
Turn around time depends on whether you have paid in full or selected one of our convenient payment plans. Typically your artwork will be available within 4-6 weeks from submitting your order once fully paid. (Please note, paintings may take longer based on our artists' demand.)
How do we book you?
Booking us is simple! Please fill out our online form. We will review your request and schedule a phone call with you.
Can you help us with planning?
We believe in personalized service! After your initial phone call, we schedule a time to meet at your home to evaluate wall space, best portrait sizes for groupings, collections, or large wall art, as well as determining colors that compliment your home. We provide you with how to coordinate your wardrobe based off of this important visit.
How far out do you book?
We book as far out as 6 months, or 2 years for weddings and as little as 2 weeks based on availability.
What should we do for an engagement session?
Engagement sessions are offered to prospective wedding clients on a complimentary basis. We believe you should try us out before booking us for the most special day of your lives.
What should we wear?
We will provide you with a what to wear guide based on your in-home consultation prior to your session.
